Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 July 2026
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the T-Eight website and to enquiries made through it. T-Eight Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore video production company specialising in high-speed cinematography, super slow motion, food films, commercials, product testing, documentary work and camera rental.
For enquiries, contact [email protected] or call +65 9722 3391.
1. How these terms apply
These terms apply when you browse t-eight.com, contact us through the website, or otherwise communicate with us about potential work.
For an actual production, camera-rental or consulting engagement, the accepted proposal, quotation, scope of work, purchase order, production agreement or other written agreement will take priority over these website terms where there is any inconsistency.
2. Quotes, bookings and project scope
Quotes are based on the information available when they are issued. They may include assumptions about the required scope, shoot days, crew, equipment, locations, deliverables, edit rounds, usage rights and schedule.
A booking is confirmed only when T-Eight confirms it in writing and any stated deposit, purchase order or other booking requirement has been met.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope, including additional shoot time, locations, crew, equipment, revisions, versions, deliverables or usage, may require a revised quotation and schedule.
3. Fees, expenses and payment
Fees, payment terms, deposits, expenses, cancellation arrangements and overtime rates will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, reasonable third-party costs required for the project may be charged to the client. These may include studio hire, location fees, permits, talent, props, travel, accommodation, specialist crew, post-production services, music licences, stock footage and other production costs.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation
If a project is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, T-Eight will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation charges, non-refundable deposits and third-party costs will be handled according to the agreed quotation or production agreement. The client remains responsible for costs already committed on its behalf, including crew, equipment, locations, travel, talent and suppliers.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, necessary approvals and access needed for the project.
The client must ensure it has the right to provide all materials, logos, music, scripts, products, locations, trademarks, images, data and other content supplied to T-Eight. The client is responsible for obtaining any required permissions, releases, licences, permits or consents unless T-Eight has specifically agreed in writing to handle them.
6. Creative decisions, approvals and delivery
T-Eight will use reasonable professional judgement in relation to cinematography, lighting, camera movement, editing, sound, colour and production methods. References are helpful, but they are not a guarantee that a final result will exactly replicate another production.
Review rounds, approval milestones, file formats, delivery dates and final deliverables will be set out in the relevant project agreement. Delays in receiving client feedback, approvals, assets or access may affect the production schedule.
T-Eight cannot guarantee specific marketing, sales, audience-engagement, media-placement or social-media results from any production.
7. Intellectual property and usage rights
Usage rights for final deliverables are governed by the quotation or project agreement. Rights may be granted as a licence or assigned to the client, depending on what has been agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, T-Eight retains ownership of working files, source footage, camera originals, project files, production methods, unused material, test footage and other materials created during the production process.
Any rights granted to the client take effect only after all agreed fees and expenses have been paid in full.
T-Eight may show completed work in its portfolio, showreel, website, social channels, awards entries and promotional materials only where permitted by the project agreement or after the work has been publicly released.
8. High-speed filming and camera rental
High-speed filming often requires specialist equipment, careful preparation, controlled lighting, safety planning and realistic expectations about timing and repeatability. Some actions, materials or processes may need to be repeated to achieve the intended result.
Where equipment is hired separately from a production service, any separate rental agreement, equipment list, operator requirement or insurance condition will apply.
9. Safety, locations and permits
All parties must follow reasonable health, safety, security and location requirements. T-Eight may pause or stop work where conditions appear unsafe, illegal, impractical or likely to damage people, property or equipment.
The client is responsible for ensuring that shooting activities at client-controlled premises are permitted and that appropriate access, safety briefings and supervision are available.
10. Third-party services and platforms
T-Eight may recommend or engage third-party suppliers where appropriate. These may include studios, crew, equipment houses, post-production facilities, music libraries, stock-footage providers, online platforms and delivery services.
T-Eight is not responsible for delays, outages, restrictions, changes in policy or performance issues caused by third parties outside our reasonable control.
11. Website content and links
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, project examples, availability, equipment details, pricing references and service information may change without notice.
This website may link to third-party websites, platforms or videos for reference. T-Eight does not control those third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
12. Privacy and personal data
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting an enquiry, you agree that we may use the details you provide to respond to your request, discuss potential work and manage our business relationship with you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, T-Eight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of data or reputational loss.
Where T-Eight is found liable in connection with a project, its total liability will not exceed the fees paid to T-Eight for the specific project giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Events outside our control
T-Eight is not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control. These may include severe weather, illness, transport disruption, equipment failure, power outages, venue restrictions, government action, public-health restrictions, supplier failure or other unexpected events.
15. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the courts of Singapore.
16. Changes to these terms
T-Eight may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page and will apply from the date shown above.
