T-Eight is a Singapore-based specialist cinematography company led by cinematographer Senthil M. We work across different industries, but the problem we solve is remarkably consistent: something important needs to be seen, understood or remembered more clearly.
Our work starts with one question: what does the audience need to see or understand? The answer may be a product impact, food texture, machine movement, athlete performance, a technical process or a real-world moment. We then choose the cinematography, camera speed, lighting and production approach that makes that detail clear.
CORE SPECIALISM
One specialist approach to a recurring communication problem.
High-speed cinematography is one of T-Eight’s strongest capabilities, but the camera is not the starting point. The starting point is the problem: what is difficult to see, explain or communicate? We use specialist cameras, lighting, timing and on-set problem solving to make that information visible.
That is why the same T-Eight approach can work across food, products, manufacturing, sport, commercials and factual stories. The subjects change. The job stays consistent: reveal the important detail clearly and make it meaningful to the audience.

We apply the same problem-led approach to food and product work, commercials and brand films, manufacturing and product testing, sports and action, and documentary and factual stories. The goal is consistent: identify what the audience needs to see, then build the cinematography around revealing it clearly.
FOUNDER AND CAMERA LEAD
Led by Senthil, founder of T-Eight.
After graduating in Film, Sound and Video from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Senthil worked across productions as crew, gaffer and director of photography before specialising in high-speed cinematography.
Senthil bridges the gap between creative direction and technical execution. He understands how a production works on the ground, from camera, lighting and timing to crew, logistics and post-production, so the creative idea remains practical and achievable. That experience also informs T-Eight’s video production and AI video prompt consulting, where brands, agencies and production teams can get practical input before committing to a production approach.
His first high-speed camera was an IDT Y5 Diablo. The move up to the Phantom Flex 4K helped shape T-Eight into a specialist high-speed cinematography company supporting brands, agencies and production teams in Singapore and the region.
T-Eight works with specialised freelance media professionals according to the skillsets needed for each job, including camera, lighting, sound, production, editing and post-production support.

What does T-Eight specialise in?
T-Eight specialises in making difficult-to-see physical detail clear through high-speed cinematography, specialist camera techniques and visual storytelling. We apply that expertise across food, commercial, manufacturing, sport and factual work.
Can T-Eight lead a full production?
For a focused brief, yes. Where a project is already led by an agency, producer or broadcaster, we can join as director of photography, specialist camera team or high-speed filming partner.
Can you support overseas teams filming in Singapore or Southeast Asia?
Yes. We support visiting directors, agencies and production companies with local camera crew, high-speed filming, lighting, playback and practical on-set coordination.
What cameras do you use?
Our main high-speed workflow centres on the Phantom Flex 4K. The PIXBOOM Spark is joining the T-Eight camera line-up for selected compact and mobile high-speed setups.
