Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, work email address, telephone number or WhatsApp number, company name, job title and the information you choose to include in an enquiry. This may include project dates, location, product or process information, creative references, production requirements, budget and communications with us.

We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, server logs and pages requested. Please do not send NRIC, passport, payment-card or other sensitive information unless we specifically ask for it and there is a clear reason to provide it.

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, discuss project requirements, prepare quotations and proposals, plan and deliver productions, manage project communications, process invoices and payments, provide support, protect the website and our systems, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Where we wish to use personal data for another purpose, we will do so only where permitted by applicable law or after notifying you and obtaining consent where required.

We may share personal data only where necessary with people and service providers who help us operate our business or deliver a project. This can include employees, production crew or freelance specialists working on a project, website-hosting and security providers, email and communications providers, accounting or payment providers, and professional advisers.

Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to that required under applicable law.

The website may use essential cookies and similar technologies needed for core site functionality, security and performance. These are not used to identify you personally for marketing purposes.

As at the date of this policy, T-Eight does not use Meta Pixel. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not yet enabled on the website. Before non-essential analytics tools are enabled, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate cookie notice and preference choice.

The site may link to or embed third-party services such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn. When you choose to interact with those services, their own privacy policies and cookie practices may apply.

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to manage the relationship and any project, or to meet legal, accounting or operational requirements. We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, loss, modification or disclosure.

No online system is completely secure. Please take care when sending information electronically and contact us promptly if you believe personal data you have shared with us may have been compromised.

You may ask us about the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, or withdraw consent for uses that rely on consent. We may need to verify your identity and may explain any legal or practical reason why we cannot meet a request in full.
